    Great post. I love how you wrapped three recommended best practices around Spring Training for Baseball. When teams play games in the season, they know how they want to win — their offensive and defensive strategies are defined and they’ve decided how to best deploy their talent. I am always amazed at the number of organizations that do not know the basis on which they want to win and retain customers. Or the leaders know, but never communicate it to every employee, repeatedly. No wonder there so much costly misalignment in business today. Best regards, K
